Oh, I'm sleepy today after quite a busy weekend, but my dear cup of coffee and the bright summer morning sun are starting to do the trick. The SNR event was quite a success this weekend, and might I mention, lots of fun! Hope you were able to make it, but if not, keep your eyes out for the next one and be sure to check in each day this week for a chance to win some amazing prize packs from each of our event sponsors- Prima, Magenta, Cosmo Cricket, Lizzie Anne Designs, Prism, Clearsnap, Teresa Collins, and Crate Paper!
With the event behind me, I'm turning to the holidays, yes the holidays. It's time to really get going on some major crafting for the holidays. I've done a little here or there, but now I've got to get cranking. I'd love to be prepared enough to hit a couple of craft shows this fall, in addition to our 2nd annual Handmade for the Holidays Boutique right here at home. So, I've got to get going!
Here is a baby card that was created for the May issue of Scrapbook News and Review:
I used patterned papers from Cosmo Cricket & Making Memories, a vintage image from Melissa Frances, Making Memories chipboard frame that I painted, stitched, and distressed with a bit of sanding, a Pink Paislee brad, and a stamped sentiment from A Muse.
Would you love the opportunity to have your work published in an upcoming issue of Scrapbook News and Review magazine? Here's your chance! Check out the calls for the Aug/Sept. double issue coming soon. Go ahead, give it a shot, and submit your work for consideration. I'd love to see you in there!
Thanks for coming by!
xo,
Jennifer
